Comfortable twin room made our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, we faced a few initial issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quite slow, and we had to wait longer than expected. the inexperienced staff seemed to struggle with handling guest requests, which resulted in delays with our orders during dinner. While the food was good, it was frustrating to have to wait so long for service.

An unexpected delight by the bay

Our stay was wonderful. The newly fitted twin room was exceptionally comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel pub. The picturesque seafront walk added to the charm.

The staff appeared a bit inexperienced at times, possibly due to new personnel being hired for the season. It caused slight delays during our meals.

bonnie lodge had amazing views that made our stay unforgettable! the twin room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. we really appreciated the warm welcome from the front desk and the delightful morning breakfasts. such a lovely place to unwind!

The luxurious decor and fitout of the suite provided a comfortable atmosphere, and the quick response to our room change was appreciated. issues with central heating upon arrival were concerning. The menu offered excellent meat, but prices seemed high for what was delivered, which felt a bit out of line for the overall experience. The check-in process also took longer than expected.
